About William Brewer
I am William Brewer (Bill), Brewers' Fine Ale founder and Owner. I have been brewing since the age of 18 and have brewing qualifications from the University of Ballarat and the Musée de la Brasserie in Brussels. One of the reasons that I started brewing my own ale was so that I could be absolutely sure of what is in it. Brewers' Fine Ale products do not contain processing aids, product stabilisers, artificial preservatives or colourings.

About Lily Brewer
Lily
Brewer is the Daughter of William Brewer and Heiress to the
Brewers' Fine Ale fortune. Lily's role is to challenge her
Father to produce evermore interesting ale in such flavours
as: Chocolate (Porter), Framboise (Raspberry Ale) and Kriek
(Cherry Ale). Naturally, Lily does not imbibe any of her
Father's fine ale; she's only eight but she does like to think she's the boss.
About Isis
Isis
is head of security and asset protection. Isis makes sure
that mice and pigeons don't eat all the malt. Isis boasts
many talents, chief amongst these are: Stealth sleeping,
speed eating and avoiding human interaction except at dinner time.
